its the longggg awaited FRYDAY! haha. we should all eat fried food on friday.

anyway i'm quite looking forward to sunday cos we had a great family day last sunday :)) it was the first time in a very long time since i went to church and we had huang yi liang speak to us about his experience with God and stuff. he's damn funny! yknow both huang yi liang and joshua ang are in my church? (father and son in i not stupid too) i think i've said the joshua ang thing about a million times alr, haha. aiyah, not everybody can brag about a celeb in her church what. zhou hou ren also! eh yahyah and there was another speaker who was soooooooooooo boring. zzzzz he sucks! maybe cos he's from taiwan and kept switching to dialect. but then, he was SO trying to be funny. and it didn't work out. but my mom said that not everybody has the courage to go up and share so we shouldn't laugh at people like that :( sorry la. thennn after church we wanted to go for buffet lunch at some posh restaurant but we found out that we were too late when we got there. hotel meritus negara. some ulu part of orchard but the food was <33! sooo, my dad reserved the dinner seats and my mom and sisters and i went shopping! since my dad had to go back to the office. yea so we bought stuff, tried on stuff and were basically very happy :) i felt so bonded and familyish. and i could talktalktalk about stuff to my dajie and i was v happy cos she's been busy going out w her friends and looking up unis and working and blah. so on normal weekdays i don't see her cos i wake up earlier and sleeps before she's back. :( oh before my dad left we went for lunch at lido and my dad <3 subway, he thinks it's very hua2 suan4 and he was saying that subway is SOSOSO much better and worth it than Mac's. haha and when i told him that it was healthier too he was like, ni3 yi3 hou4 yao4 chi1 zhe4 ge4 ! hahaha my dad's so funneh. but anyway because of him i kinda like subway now and that's why i asked june to go wimme on monday. the meatball sub was nice <3
ok yah then after shopping we walked allll the way back to hotel negara, so far! and we had our yummy dinner at the posh restaurant where the chef actually walks around with this big chunk of meat and knife and cuts the meat table by table. i think i've a picture! upload later. yea then the food was super yummy and my sis and i felt so ... cos the place was so high class and i was so clumsy and unused to the silence. even the little kids there were like, sssshhhhhh. T_T and there were so many knives and forks and spoons i didn't know which to use! seems like shatec didn't do much for me. but it was fun and their bakuteh soup rocks.

haha yea so after all that long entry, all i wanted to say was it was a veryveryvery happy sunday family day and i hope we get to do it again :DDD

today we went to ford factory and i thought i wouldn't get anything out of it. but i saw this "it's all the jap's fault that i have to do bloody National Service!", bloody underlined in red, on the comments board. i think it was quite insensitive and mean to say that. maybe when you happen to read it the first time it sounds like a joke lah, but when you read it again people just don't see it that way anymore. at least i didn't. helllooo, you still have to do ns regardless whether the japs came or not. you have to do it sooner or later. its about preparing ourselves to defend. and don't complain about ns LAH. boys are made to go to ns because they're naturally stronger physically. look at the swimmers, even if the girls trained as hard and as much as the boys, the boys' records will still be faster than the girls'. why? judo. it doesn't matter if a boy is two belts lower in rank and 2 years short of experience than the girl, he still has the advantage during randori. why? NOT FAIR. which is why we don't have to do ns! ha!ha!. too bad.

ok that was just me talking.. i-don't-know-what. at first i thought it was sth very meaningful then halfway through typing i'm not even sure of what i'm talking about anymore.

haiii and why did they have to show some hougang girl throwing sarah? PREJUDICED AGAINST RGS GIRLS :( overall we won more medals than them! they could have shown JIANA HE's powderful uchimata. gah.

no pics of fireflies cos too dark. eh yknow we went on this boat into this swamp/mangrove area to watch the fireflies and their life jackets are sooooooooo not certified/passed in terms of singapore security lah! NOT SECURE AT ALL. the neck hole so big i think if i fell into the water the entire life jacket will float out of my head and ill end up drowning. might as well don't wear! my poor cousin and younger sister had their life jackets up to their knees. T_T oh and the tour guide kept saying that the fireflies are making love. haha so funny lah apparently the word mating doesn't exist in his vocabulary.
